YG is opening up about a traumatic experience for the first time on his brand-new single.

On Thursday, March 27, The Breakfast Club debuted the California native's upcoming song "2004," in which he admits he was sexually assaulted by an older woman when he was 14. He opens the first verse by rapping, "When I was young I got raped by a b***h twice my age, picked me up from school to meet at her's and got laid/Ever since that day I never look at that b***h the same." According to Loren LoRosa, YG has never told anyone about the experience — not even his own mom.

"That b***h took advantage of me, I got no trust," he continues. "The b***h took advantage of me, I didn't give no f**ks/At 14 years old, I got my d**k sucked/The w***e was 30 years old and I never told."

The preview of "2004" comes days after YG seemingly began the rollout for his next project. Before he took the stage at Rolling Loud California last week, the 35-year-old posted a video entitled "Training Camp." The video showed him running on a treadmill while a narrator describes what it takes to join "the gentlemen's club." He followed up with another video a few days later and captioned it "the gentlemen's club," which could be the title of his next album.

"2004" is set to drop on Friday, March 28. It will appear on YG's upcoming album arriving later this year. The project will serve as the follow-up to his Just Re'd Up 3 album, which dropped last August. The album, which is split up into two volumes, contains a slew of collaborations with Saweetie, Ty Dolla $ign, Larry June, Kalan.Frfr and more.
